Sevens are played every Wednesday from 29 May until 29 August at Dubai Exiles Rugby ground, starting at 19:30. Two Divisions of 12 teams who battle it out for the cup top 4 teams from each division. Trophy for the teams who finish 5 to 8. Then the plate for the bottom 4 teams in each division.Eleven aside start's 2 week in September 07 until April 08
